Semi-automatic Tube Sealing Machine for Plastic and Laminate Tubes

Capable of sealing all types of thermo-plastic tubes up to 60 mm diameter. Sealing by impulse, a maximum of 1000 tubes per hour, up to 8 tubes at a time depending on tube diameter. Weld time and cooling time independently adjustable. Operated by foot switch. Infinitely variable height by handle adjustment set up in seconds.

Operation
After one or two trials to establish the correct welding and cooling time, the tubes to be sealed are placed directly into the sliding tube holder (one set of cups required for each size of tube).
The foot switch, or two handed button, is pressed and the cycle proceeds automatically. Cutting and coding can follow if required on a separate unit.
