For opening and sealing closed ampoules

This machine has been designed to meet the requirement from users who wish to fill small runs of closed ampoules obviating the need for washing.

The closed ampoule, ranging in size from 1ml to 25ml is placed in the jaws and is opened by a flame. Ampoules are then filled independently and the filled ampoules replaced on the machine which, with one adjustment, is now ready to seal the ampoule. The top is drawn off by means of a gripper assembly whilst the ampoule is spinning in the flame, and may be released away from the sealing area into a special detachable container. The seal is quick, regular and equivalent to that obtained from an automatic machine. This unit will also close open ampoules if required.
