Method of Operation:
The container and cap are placed onto the platen by hand and the slider used to press the container against a microswitch.   The capping head then descends to tighten the cap.

This semi automatic machine is for the rapid closure of containers with metal ROPP caps or pre threaded screw caps of any kind.

Method of Operation:
The bottle and cap are placed onto the platen by hand and the two push buttons pressed simultaneously to operate the machine. The platen rises to the head position and the head rotates to form the thread or, with an interchangeable head , tighten it.
