Tube filling machines for Aluminium, Plastic and Laminate
tubes
The machines are designed with interchangeable heads for
closing aluminium and plastic tubes made from LDPE, HDPE,
LLDPE, Coex or laminate. If a machine for aluminium tubes
is ordered and there is a requirement for plastic tubes later,
the electronics for the welding head must be incorporated
before the machine leaves the factory. Coding with numbers/letters
can be done on one or both sides of the tube and plastic tubes
can be finished with a Euroslot for hanging.
The machines are supplied standard with a 316 stainless steel
filling pump and 60 litre hopper, safety guarding with interlocks,
casing and frame made from stainless steel and Nyploy (Nickel
coated Steel) connections made with tri-clover fittings.
Standard accessories are a tube counter, a variable speed
product stirrer, thermostatically heated jacketed hopper with
circulating pump, automated hopper level device with pump
control, tube cleaning with compressed air and vacuum and
a chilling unit for plastic tube cooling jaws and Euroslot
punch.
