Interchangeable
parts
Filling heads, pumps, hoppers and nozzles are all interchangeable,
allowing the machine set-up which meets your requirements.
Fills a wide
variety of products
The Centrac will fill liquids, creams, pastes, viscous products
and solids in suspension into all kinds of containers.
Hygienic
All contact parts are made from 316L grade stainless steel
or PTFE. The machines are fast to strip down for easier cleaning.

Operation
This machine is
designed for relatively small outputs and comprises a stove
enamelled aluminium base plate, chrome plated gunmetal pump
brackets and a stainless steel lever-type operating handle.

To this base set
the required accessories from the range of interchangeable
pumps, heads and nozzles are added.
Volume is simply adjusted by altering the position of a stop
collar on the guide rod. For fine adjustments a screw is provided
to limit the forward stroke of the piston. The machine can
be dismantled in minutes for thorough cleaning. Maintenance
should normally only involve replacement of washers and lubrication
of moving parts.

Hoppers
Made from high-grade
stainless steel
6 litre hopper, in 304 grade stainless steel- 20 litre hopper in 316L grade stainless steel
- 50 litre hopper in 316L grade stainless steel
Auger
 This
unit is easily attached and designed to assist the feed of
