Adelphi Manufacturing acquires Masterfil

Masterfil, renowned for their filling and capping lines, have been acquired by the Adelphi Group of Companies and have relocated to the Adelphi headquarters in West Sussex near Gatwick Airport. Several mambers of the staff have already joined Adelphi and are already handling spares, servicing and sales.

Group chairman Stephen Holroyd, said "Masterfil's range of machines handling liquids and creams in volumes 200ml to 5 litres and the IBC drum and weigh fillers are perfect fit for Adelphi, extending our existing range of semi-automatic, monobloc and specialist filling machines. Masterfil brings us a wealth of skills and experience." Adelphi Masterfil Ltd will trade as Masterfil from Olympus House, Mill Green Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1XQ.
