CropWorld Global was a gamble worth taking
Being a relatively small and niche conference/exhibition, CropWorld was a bit of a gamble for Adelphi. However the gamble paid off. We were the only machinery manufacturer there, and were surrounded by agrochemical manufacturers, laboratories and distributors from all over the World. We went armed with one of our semi-automatic fillers and it is fair to say that we stood out as offering something a bit different, this seemed to pull people in for a chat.
We came away with more leads than we ever expected and it has confirmed our belief that going to our target markets rather than waiting for them to come to a generic packaging exhibition is a key strategy for the future.
