Ellen Holroyd

Ellen has been Group Culture Director since 2023, leading on sustainable and environmental workspace targets and objectives across the organisation. She brings a strong foundation from her background in social work, where people, wellbeing and community were central to her practice. Her role combines cultural leadership with a clear commitment to responsible and environmentally conscious working environments. Outside of work, Ellen is a mum to two teenagers and has a keen interest in nutrition, wellness and sustainable living. She is deeply passionate about the environment and wildlife conservation.
