Joe Shelley

Joe joined Adelphi Masterfil in June 2008 as stores operative, and after showing remarkable ability in his role, he was promoted to warehouse manager, materials planner, manufacturing operations Manager and then Associate Director of Manufacturing Operations in 2026.

In Joe's current role, he oversees all internal production orders across 3 companies.

When Joe gets the chance for down time, he enjoys keeping fit, football and spending time with friends and family.
