Kara Baker

Kara joined Adelphi in 2021 as Strategic and Organisational Planning Director after moving to the UK from the USA.  She brings 30+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry as a Chemical Engineer and business leader and is dedicated to delivering operational excellence to bring premium support to Adelphi's customers.  

Kara is a Board Member for Adelphi Holdings company, and her role supports all of the Adelphi Group of Companies who are growing fast to provide capacity to customers in more geographies.

Outside of work, Kara loves to garden, crochet and is a Certified Aurora Expert Guide where she is passionate about coaching and mentoring other women to strengthen their authentic leadership style.
