Stephen Holroyd

Stephen took over the reins of Adelphi from his father in law in 1974 and in the following 38 years moved the company from London to the new home in Haywards Heath. Now Adelphi is a group of companies comprising Pharmaceutical Packaging, Packaging Machinery and Engineering, based on a large site of purpose built new buildings. 

He stepped back from the management of all but Adelphi Holdings Ltd in December 2012, but maintains the position of Group Chairman. He instilled a culture of care for the environment and local community whilst ensuring continued growth. He always says these achievements are due to the total involvement of outstanding co directors.
