Adelphi’s Five-Stage Testing Process

Through a five-stage testing programme, carefully designed to validate every machine before delivery.

Stage 1 – Build

• Check all key requirements against customer specifications and drawings
• Inspect pneumatic components for leaks
• Ensure all nuts and bolts are correctly tightened

Stage 2 – Dry Test

• Run individual components on workshop test rigs for two days
• Disconnect product cylinders and operate the machine to identify loose parts

Stage 3 – Wet Test

• Test with water and product where possible, before calibration, to check for leaks
• Run ten production cycles after calibration
• Verify consistency across all heads to ensure they meet workshop tolerances

Stage 4 – Pre-FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)

• Conduct in-house accuracy testing according to the customer’s required fills
• Test the machine at various output speeds and automated functionality settings to confirm performance

Stage 5 – FAT Day

• Conduct final testing with the customer present or via video demonstration
