Machinery

Adelphi Masterfil provides filling and capping machinery for container sizes from 100 ml bottles to drums and IBCs, handling an array of packaging types—bottles, tubs, jerry cans, angled-neck containers, spray bottles, dosing containers, containers with integral handles, and more.

  • Semi-Automatic Filling
    The S1000-S and S5000-S ranges are available in Volumetric, Flowmeter, or Weigh Scale versions, with one or two filling heads and single or double-acting product cylinders. Ideal for small to medium batch production, they are perfect for manufacturers filling multiple product types or container sizes.
  • Automatic Filling
    The S5000-A series is celebrated for accuracy, flexibility, and robustness. Machines can be specified with 2 to 12 filling heads, and frames can be sized to allow easy expansion as production demands grow. Adjustable nozzles handle both low- and high-viscosity liquids, as well as foaming or non-foaming products, with variable speed capability.
  • Drum & IBC Filling
    Our Boom Fillers, available with Flowmeter or Weigh Scale methods, feature a swinging boom arm and height-adjustable filling nozzle for effortless large-container filling.

Process Equipment
