Propeller Mixers

Propeller mixers are ideal for blending liquids, combining oils, or dissolving free-flowing powders into liquids. They are suitable for products with a viscosity up to 2,000 cP (mPas) and can accommodate batch sizes starting from 20L, with a maximum vessel diameter of 800mm.

Mixer options include:

  • 0.375 kW for batches up to 100L
  • 0.75 kW for batches up to 300L

Standard delivery time from order to installation is typically 6 weeks.

High Shear Mixers

High shear mixers are perfect for creating emulsions, such as water-to-oil blends. They are suitable for products with a viscosity up to 2,000 cP and can process batches ranging from 20L to 100L (depending on viscosity).

Mixer options include:

  • 1 kW for up to 200L batch size at 1 cP
  • 2.2 kW for up to 300L batch size

Typical delivery time is around 8 weeks.

Premium Construction and Compliance

All mixers are built with 304 austenitic stainless steel and 316L pharmaceutical-grade wetted parts, ensuring no product contamination. The 316L stainless steel includes 2% molybdenum for corrosion resistance, and all parts have crevice- and pit-free surfaces with a maximum finish of 0.4 micrometres Ra. XRF testing certificates are available to verify material grade.

These mixers are fully compliant with industrial and pharmaceutical regulations. Stainless steel construction allows cleaning with alcohol-based disinfectants, industrial dishwashers, or autoclaves. Operator safety is ensured with soft start motors and protective motor shrouds.
