Chairman Stephen Holroyd Honoured with PPMA Lifetime Achievement Award

From a two-person operation, Stephen has guided Adelphi to a thriving organisation of over 50 employees, creating significant employment opportunities across West Sussex and beyond.

Championing Apprenticeships and Industry Growth

During his well-received acceptance speech, Stephen emphasised the importance of apprenticeships in the UK packaging and manufacturing industry.
 

“Without opportunities for the next generation,” he noted, “our sector will struggle to grow. Apprenticeships are vital to a sustainable future.”

Continuing Leadership as Group Chairman

Although Stephen has stepped back from daily operations, he remains actively involved as Group Chairman, continuing to shape Adelphi’s strategic direction and mentor the next generation of industry professionals.
