How fast is the Flash Labeller?

The system is capable of a label output of up to 200 units per minute, with a web speed of up to 40 metres per minute. Actual speed depends on your specific product dimensions and label size.
What ensures the accuracy of the label placement?

We utilize a high-precision product sensor combined with a Servo-Driven Label Applicator. This allows the machine to detect the exact position of the container and apply the label with consistent, pinpoint accuracy every time.
What label reel sizes are compatible?

The Flash Labeller supports label reels up to 300 mm in diameter. It is compatible with standard core sizes of either 44 mm or 76 mm.
Is the Flash Labeller suitable for hygienic environments?
