The Three-Point system uses one powered roller and two static rollers to firmly grip and rotate the container during label application. This provides superior stability compared to standard wrap belts, ensuring that labels are applied perfectly straight without "spiraling," even on slightly tapered or irregular round containers.
How does the machine handle high-speed production lines?

The system includes a Variable Speed Gapping Device. This automatically ensures there is a consistent, repeatable gap between each container as they move toward the labelling station, preventing logjams and ensuring every bottle is processed individually with high accuracy.
How will operators know if the labels are running low?

The Advanced PLC Control System features integrated low-label and label-out detection. If the machine is running out of stock, it triggers a Beacon Tower Alert, providing high-visibility notification to operators so they can restock without stopping the entire production line unexpectedly.
