The Challenge

As demand for Bippi’s distinctive condiments surged, semi-automatic production methods struggled to keep pace.

Their flagship product, Italian Style Chilli, created a significant bottleneck:

  • Hot-filled product
  • Chunky particulates suspended in oil

  • Requires gentle, precise filling to maintain consistency

Increasing output without compromising quality or presentation was essential - but difficult with existing processes.

The Solution

At a Melbourne trade fair, founder Ben Circosta (grandson of Nonna Emilia) discovered Adelphi Manufacturing via their Australian representative, Emrich. A live demonstration of the Response Automation Base (twin-headed system) immediately showcased its capability. After evaluating five suppliers, Bippi selected the Response Automation Base as the only system capable of handling the texture and complexity of their chilli product without compromising quality.
