Eve Taylor (London) Ltd is an innovative creator of aromatherapy skin and body care products, including oils, creams, serums, gels, and more. The company serves a global customer base, with strong markets in Singapore, Manila, the USA, Korea, and Australia.
The Challenge
In 2005, Eve Taylor began developing its own professional and retail skin and body care range to complement its established aromatherapy oils portfolio.
To support this expansion, the business required a single filling solution capable of handling the complete product range, including oils, serums, liquids, and creams.
The Solution
Eve Taylor now operates three Response Benchtop Fillers, which Director Chris Taylor describes as:
“Reliable, good solid pieces of equipment that have lasted.”
Versatile and Adaptable to Meet Production Requirements
Thanks to three standard sizes of honed pump sets, fill volumes can range from 10 ml to 1 litre in a single shot.
This flexibility allows Eve Taylor’s production team to switch quickly between filling 10 ml glass bottles of oils and 200 ml toner tubes, as required.
Saves Time and Money
Exceptional filling accuracy of ±0.25% ensures minimal product waste during the filling process.
A three-minute, single-tool strip-down significantly reduces changeover time between different products and container formats, resulting in less costly production downtime.
Unsurpassed Hygiene
For personal care products, hygiene is critical. All components of the Response Benchtop Filler that come into contact with Eve Taylor’s skincare products are manufactured from 316L pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel, PTFE, and Viton.
Curved and sloping surfaces meet GMP requirements, while clean, lubricant-free pneumatics and sanitary tri-clamp hopper connections prevent unhygienic residue build-up.
“When we’ve looked at other cheaper machines, in the long-term this would have been false economy.”
A More Sustainable Choice
Environmental responsibility sits at the heart of both Adelphi Manufacturing and Eve Taylor’s ethos. Each company is actively undertaking initiatives to reduce its carbon footprint.
In a small but telling example of shared values, both businesses even use the same biodegradable starch packaging peanuts when posting products.
