A leading Fragrance & Essential Oils manufacturer required extremely high-quality, durable stainless steel containers for storage and transportation. These vessels needed to be flexible enough to:

  • Receive product formulations directly from filling machines
  • Sit underneath mixers while products are blended
  • Act as feed tanks to fill finished oils into customers’ vessels

With production runs ranging from 1 kilo pre-production batches to 50 kilo orders, the containers also support efficient product tracking.

According to the company’s Director, stainless steel containers are crucial. Unlike lower-grade metals or plastics, they eliminate concerns about damage, deterioration, or corrosion that could compromise product quality.

All PHP pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel process equipment is designed to be:

  • Pit and crevice-free, preventing bug traps and contamination
  • Finished to a 0.4 micrometers Ra surface roughness for exceptional hygiene
  • Suitable for efficient cleaning in industrial washing systems

PHP vessels are available off-the-shelf with fast worldwide delivery. The company now owns a vast number of PHP containers ranging from 8L to 150L, lining their warehouse as far as the eye can see.
