Pharma Hygiene Products (PHP) customer Lucy Jones, founder of Myrobalan Clinic, is a dedicated medical herbalist committed to improving her clients’ quality of life through holistic medicine. A passionate advocate of self-sufficient herbalism, Lucy is also a newly designated PHP Ambassador, after discovering the Profiller 1100 capsule filler.
PHP’s Sales Director and Marketing Executive recently visited Lucy, sharing cups of homemade lemon and ginger tea while discussing tinctures, treatments and all things capsule-filling.
Rewarding First Steps Into Automation
After being taught hand-filling by her Medical Herbalism tutor Edith, Lucy established her own consultation and treatment practice from her home in Cattistock, West Dorset.
“Business got busy very quickly,” Lucy recalls.
“When I reached the stage of making and dispensing up to 800 capsules a day by hand, I knew I needed a more efficient solution.”

Lucy explains:

A Bright Future Ahead

Her book, Self-Sufficient Herbalism, which proudly mentions the Profiller, is being published in April 2020 and is already attracting impressive pre-orders.
Lucy shares:
“I felt compelled to write the book. Many practitioners buy their medicines, but I believe more people should make their own. I put love, energy and intention into every capsule.”
Publishers soon approached Lucy, and she now has a book launch planned in Los Angeles, where she intends to demonstrate the Profiller 1100 and showcase just how accessible self-sufficient herbalism can be.
