Sinclair Animal Health, part of Beaphar UK, has been an innovative creator of pet care products for over 75 years. With a diverse portfolio including anti-parasite medicines, dog toothpaste and pet behaviour spray, the business required a filling solution capable of handling smaller volume containers while maximising production efficiency.
Sinclair Animal Health approached Adelphi Manufacturing to provide a machine that could support their growing output requirements without compromising accuracy or flexibility.
The Solution
Adelphi Manufacturing were delighted to supply an Accuramatic filler alongside an XYZ Distributor, providing a compact, efficient and versatile solution tailored to Sinclair Animal Health’s production needs.

Increased Throughput to Meet Growing Demand
Over their lifetime, Sinclair Animal Health has expanded from 15 employees to more than 500, reflecting the significant increase in demand for their products.
The XYZ Distributor fills an average of 12–15 containers per minute, delivering a potential output of 7,200 containers per 8-hour shift—helping Sinclair Animal Health meet their rising production requirements efficiently.

Flexible, Multi-Product Filling
Designed for versatility, the XYZ Distributor can be quickly adapted to fill a wide range of products and container types. For Sinclair Animal Health, the machine has been programmed to fill 15ml, 30ml and 50ml containers, with recipe recall at the push of a button.
This ease of changeover allows operators to focus on other areas of production, improving overall workflow and efficiency.
Shared Values and Long-Standing Partnerships
Both Adelphi Manufacturing and Sinclair Animal Health began as family businesses in the 1940s, sharing a strong appreciation for long-term customer relationships built on communication and trust.
