Work underway to replace old temporary warehouse with new building
Work is currently taking place to replace Adelphi’s old temporary warehouse with a new is now fully underway to replace the old Tempastore with the new building, which has now been erected over the top of the old building. Work is currently taking place on the canopy to cover the space between the two warehouses. In just under a fortnight work will begin on the linkway between the offices and the new warehouse. 4X 20 foot containers have been hired to temporarily store some of the stock from the Tempastore, with one complete side now emptied, including removal of the racking. The new warehouse will be used by the engineering companies, and changes will include increased depth to the mezzanine space to store Packaging Machinery, Laboratory Equipment, and recently increased Process Equipment stock. The building will also now be used as workshop space for building the larger machines of Packaging Machinery’s, as well as an area for servicing, and increased space for the weld shop. We have come a long way from our old single storey building with a very small workshop occupied solely by Gary.
