The Challenge:
As demand for Bippi’s distinctive condiments grew, their semi automatic production methods couldn’t keep pace. Their most popular product, Italian Style Chilli, presented a particular challenge. Hot-filled, with chunky pieces suspended in oil, it required an especially gentle and precise filling process. Due to the high amount of particulates, maintaining product consistency while increasing volume had been a serious bottleneck for Bippi’s growth.
The Solution:
While exploring equipment options at a Melbourne trade fair, Bippi’s founder (and grandson of Nonna Emilia) Ben Circosta discovered Adelphi Manufacturing through their local representative, Emrich.
