The jig can be used in conjunction with Adelphi peristaltic pumps or other suitable liquid filling systems, offering flexibility for laboratory and small-scale pharmaceutical production environments.
Precision Filling Needle Design
Filling needles are manufactured from 316L stainless steel and selected to match the internal neck dimensions of the ampoule and the silicone tubing supplying the product. This ensures smooth, controlled filling without needle-to-glass contact.
Simple, Intuitive Operation
Designed for ease of use, the operator places the ampoule into a custom-made holder and manually raises it to an adjustable stop. This automatically centres the ampoule around the filling needle, allowing the product to be dispensed cleanly before lowering the ampoule after filling.
