    The Manual Syringe Stopper Press is designed for controlled stoppering of pre-filled syringes in laboratory and small-batch pharmaceutical environments. Its lever-operated mechanism provides consistent, repeatable stopper insertion while maintaining operator control.
  • Wide Syringe Compatibility
    Suitable for glass flanged syringes, glass cartridges and plastic flanged syringes. Interchangeable change parts allow processing of syringe bores from 6.35 mm and above, supporting a wide range of dosing formats.
  • Standard Syringe Formats Supported
    Short lead-time change parts are available for the small Syringe Stopper Press to suit:

    • Flanged glass syringe 6.35 mm bore
    • Flanged glass syringe 8.6 mm bore
    • Flanged glass syringe 11.8 mm bore
    • 3 ml glass cartridge, 9.7 mm bore

    Additional syringe formats can be accommodated subject to assessment of samples. For larger formats, a large Syringe Stopper Press variant is available to process syringes with bores from 14 mm to 28 mm (up to 50 ml).

    The lever-controlled pressing system seats stoppers to a precise position while allowing trapped air to escape past a polished air-bleed strip. Service & Maintenance

Change Parts can be removed disassembled and sterilised in an autoclaved.  
The mechanism can be cleaned with IPA or ethanol based cleaner.
