The system is particularly suited to closed-type ampoules, allowing them to be opened and sealed without the need for washing. This simplifies workflows, reduces handling steps and improves overall process efficiency.
Versatile Ampoule Handling
In addition to closed-type ampoules, the OC can also process open-type ampoules after washing, offering flexibility for a wider range of applications and product requirements.
Safe, Operator-Focused Design
The unit is fitted with flashback arresters on both fuel gas and oxygen inlet connections to ensure safe operation. Designed with operator protection in mind, it supports reliable use in laboratory and production settings.
Flexible Utilities for Global Use
The OC operates using a bottled fuel gas supplied at 0.5 bar such as propane or butane, with the option to run on natural gas via mains supply when fitted with the appropriate flashback arrestors. Machine also needs a supply of bottled oxygen supplied at 1 bar. Multiple electrical supply options are available to support global installations.
