The Apollo II Liquid Inspection Unit has been specifically developed to establish and maintain the correct conditions for manual visual inspection of particulate contamination in transparent liquids packaged in transparent containers. The inspection area features a vertical matt black panel and a non-glare white panel, allowing operators to reliably detect both light and dark particulates during inspection. The inspection panels are reversible and replaceable to support long-term use. - Controlled, Adjustable Illumination
Light intensity is adjustable between 2,000 and 3,750 lux, providing the required illumination range for compliant visual inspection. The LED light source operates at a colour temperature of 4000 K, ensuring consistent and controlled lighting conditions. - Ergonomic, Operator-Focused Design
