Product Specification:
- Designed for ‘plain’, ‘flip top/flip off’ and ‘flip tear up’ seals.
- Crimping and de-capping of 7.5-32mm seals.
- Unlike most bench top crimpers, the MK II has integrated pre-crimp seal force for proper compression of Stopper, Cap, & Vial.
- Separate head height and crimp pressure adjustments are used during the 2-step setup process. These positions/adjustments can be recorded to address QC process concerns, and/or when repeat orders are seen.
- Custom bottle guide/holder completes the setup with its target position.
- Fast and reliable, for a professional quality finish.
- Easy to set-up and use, to get started straight away.
- Easy to change between different containers, as crimping heads and bottles guides are simple to set up.
- Comfort-adjustable actuation handle for operator access.

Manual Vial Crimper
This benchtop Manual Vial Crimper provides a manual alternative to hand crimping and de-capping operations. Unit height and position are adjustable to accommodate a variety of vial sizes allowing the operator to work in a comfortable position. The unit is manufactured from stainless steel to provide corrosion-resistance even in the harshest of environments. Heads are quickly and easily changed without the use of tools since they simply screw in and out.
The Vial Crimper has a small footprint, to conveniently fit into all production spaces however big or small.

Manual Crimper Sizes
Adelphi have a variety of sizes of crimping heads to suit all sizes vials, including:
13mm – de-capping head also available on request

De-capping heads are recommended as they can reduce waste product and therefore increase Return On Investment.
All crimping and de-capping heads are interchangeable with the Adelphi Powered Vial Crimper.
