The TGM cream mixing machine is designed to effectively mix a wide range of grease based creams without introducing air bubbles to the finished product.
The vessel of the mixing machine can range in volume from 100 litres to over 1,000 litres, and it’s lid lifting and pouring mechanism is hydraulically controlled. Electrical heating elements are integrated into the vessel’s water jacket, giving this cream emulsifier the ability to both heat and chill the contents of the mixing vessel.
Effective mixing is achieved by way of a high shear mixer mounted at the bottom of the vessel which draws product in to it’s centre before expelling it radially. Dual speed, contra rotating planetary scrapers ensure that product is brought back in to the centre of the mixing vessel from the extremities.
Mixing takes place under vacuum to eradicate air bubbles from the final mixed product.
All contact parts are manufactured in mirror polished 316L grade stainless steel, with all other parts in spray painted carbon steel.
