316L Stainless Steel Graduated Vessel

Storage, mixing and transportation vessels – available in 304 and 316L pharmaceutical grade stainless steel. 20 – 240L capacity vessels are available as standard, and other bespoke sizes available upon request.

These vessels can be supplied either plain or graduated, and come complete with side handles and skirtband. They have crevice and pit free interiors and are polished throughout, to an exceptional average surface roughness finish of 0.4 micrometers Ra. This high level finishing gives security that bacteria will not be stored, and also allows for the most thorough cleaning processes, including in industrial dishwashers and autoclaves. We can supply X-Ray Testing certificates to confirm the grade of stainless steel, and Surface Finish Analysis certificates to prove surface smoothness. TSE certification is also available upon request, to guarantee that no animal fats have been used in the polishing process – this is vital to guarantee that no cross-contamination from BSE or CJD diseases occurs.

Lids and mobile frames are available for all sizes of our stainless steel containers, along with a range of other optional modifications including; bespoke etching, toggle clamps and seals (FDA approved) to make containers airtight, graduations, and more.
